Children’s Workshop

Created with the goal of developing talents as well as providing a study boost during the time children are out of public school, about 85 students, aged 6 to 11, take part in the Children’s Workshop. There they find activities which stimulate their thinking, creativity, personal relations, and study habits.

The children come daily to Casa Santa Ignez, either from 8 to 11.30 AM or 12 to 4.30 PM, where they have meals and take part in various activities, such as:

  • Bio-dance
  • Music
  • English lessons
  • Computer lessons
  • Reading
  • Writing
  • Listening to stories
  • Math lessons

The children in the Workshop also go to museums, parks, and cultural centers. As the children in our Daycare, they take part in every festivity at our institution. Parents also have regular meetings with the Pedagogical Board to follow the development of their children.
